Product Description:
Cleanert®The DNPH Silica aldehyde ketone gas sample collection tube utilizes the derivative DNPH (2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine) to react specifically with carbonyl groups in carbonyl compounds, and the resulting derivatives are further separated by chromatography. Mainly used for automobilesCollection of aldehydes and ketones pollutants in indoor air. It can be used to analyze 14 organic components of aldehydes and ketones, including formaldehyde, acetaldehyde, acetaldehyde, acrolein, butyraldehyde, valeraldehyde, isovaleraldehyde, hexanal, benzaldehyde, ortho -, meta -, p-methylbenzaldehyde, 2,5-dimethylbenzaldehyde, acetone, butanone, pentanone, cyclohexanone, and acetophenone.
Product Description:
(1) Technical indicators: Average baseline value: ≤ 0.1 μ g. Maximum sampling volume (based on formaldehyde): ≥ 75 μ g. Maximum sampling pressure (calculated as formaldehyde): greater than 0.15MPa.
(2) Storage conditions: Store at low temperature (4 ℃) and avoid light. Shelf life: 30 days. Please use it as soon as possible after opening.
Innovation advantages:
(1) The new column tube adopts a twist type column cap, reducing the time for users to unscrew the plunger and improving efficiency.
(2) A DNPH protection column has been added, which can preferentially react with aldehydes and ketones to protect the DNPH sampling tube. The sampling tube is packaged in a vacuum sealed aluminum foil bag. After the sampling is completed, the sampling tube will be placed back in the sealed aluminum foil bag for storage. At this time, there will inevitably be air in the bag, and the DNPH protective column will absorb substances such as aldehydes, ketones, and ozone in the bag to avoid changes in the sampling tube and ensure accurate sampling data.
(3) We have adopted a new label made of copperplate paper, which is convenient for writing and has a large blank area, making it easy for you to record sampling information after sampling.
(4) During transportation, the previously used ice cubes are removed and protected by a protective column. Experimental verification has shown that its low background performance is even better.
